Highly recommend Dr Sam Benn, excellent bedside manner and thorough with his examination and didn't rush through the appointment and listened to my medical concerns. Thank you Dr Benn.
This was my first visit to the clinic and all the medical staff were lovely as well. I'm glad I've found a new and supportive GP and medical practice.

I have been coming here for years and now take my son here. Never had a bad experience. All the drs are great and thorough. At times appointments run over but sometimes you need longer and they don't just rush you out the door. Also a pathology on-site which is incredibly convenient.

I'm quite shocked to see the current star rating. I've seen at least 4 of the Doctors here and have nothing but very positive things to say. Plus the reception staff are always super lovely, friendly and helpful. Sorry but go to Top End if you think this place is less than 4 stars. Thank you to the staff for always going above and beyond for me and making me feel comfortable. I'm very grateful.

Dr. Eva and Dr. Shivon are incredible! they have been looking after some medical issues I have and can't be more grateful! Good combination of patient care and kindness. I highly recommend becoming her patient!

Terrible experience, never any follow up , too many sorrys. Well guess what too many sorrys are not acceptable. If I ran my business like they do I wouldn’t have one .

Inconvenience website, tried to book an appointment through the website, it says if I’m new patient i have to book appointment by phone call. So i did.

AND i have been trying to call them hundred times, the lady - operator on the phone says THE NUMBER YOU ARE CALLING IS INVALID!! What Are you kidding me? The phone number i took from their website!! Well i still couldn’t believe it then i tried again at different time&day, with different form of number!! Still couldn’t reach-out! 😥😥 Can someone please tell me, what did i missed here?!

Looking for a new doctor and found a good one. Receptionist staff very friendly and helpful. Doctor was patient focused, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Did not have to wait days for an appointment.
