Appalling! Very unprofessional. Was an hour late from the appointment time before I was seen despite being earliest appointment at the clinic. No mention of an apology for taking up my time. No bedside manner at all when dealing with a child with additional needs. Argumentative to the request from another medical practitioner. Would not recommend.

The doctor saw my partner for a tonsillitis, prescribed 5 days of antibiotics which was not enough ( 7-10 days needed )
Then they asked to pay another 60$ just to get more antibiotics, saying that we're gonna get reimbursed, cheating the system like that is disgusting.
Waste of time and money.
