I was greeted with kindness upon my arrival, with the honesty of an almost 2 hour wait time. For a Friday night with only 2 doctors I was happy to wait. The doctor was polite and completed a thorough assessment making me feel at ease with the concerns I had. Very happy to attend again

I visited the centre today to do a x-ray and my experience was nothing but good. The receptionist, Chelsea was friendly and the technician who did the x-ray was knowledgeable. I didn't have to wait too long and they were working during the long weekend. X-ray was also done fairly quick and I would definitely recommend this place based on my experience.

Would give no stars if it were an option. The wait times here are beyond a joke. Their rosters show 9 doctors on. Selected first available to try and get in as quick as possible so my daughter makes her hospital appointment and it is taking them 20 minutes per patient. With 9 patients in front of us we are going to be stuck here all day and not make a specialist appointment. Should have known better and gone elsewhere. Lesson learnt

The team at our Medical in Gregory Hills are very service oriented and caring and I highly recommend their practice. I have had experiences Dr Olumide and Dr Farah Syed and a couple of other Doctors as well and also appreciate that there’s a receptionist at the desk if anyone needs help outside of the app as well. I’m disappointed with the care provided by Dr. Karim at Our Medical Gregory Hills. After my 12 year old daughter injured her arm at school, we were initially seen by the excellent Dr. Lacey, who ordered an X-ray and recommended an ultrasound if the pain did not improve, we followed up as her condition worsened. Despite Dr. Lacey’s instructions and our concerns about swelling and bruising, Dr. Karim's approach was far from satisfactory. On our visit, after waiting over an hour to see him, he didn’t examine her arm, check for swelling, or assess her range of motion. He dismissed our concerns without further investigation, insisting that it would improve with time and that an ultrasound was unnecessary. This lack of thoroughness and dismissive attitude was frustrating and left us without proper care for my daughter's ongoing pain.

We were very happy with the service at this facility. We made an online reservation and arrived at 12 PM. This time, we didn't have to wait long, which was a significant improvement from our previous experiences. The efficiency and quality of service have definitely improved.

Wow, what beautiful customer service at the front counter. Lady was extremely helpful and compassionate. Lady in the treatment room was also very lovely. The doctor was very quick to see my son and to organise a CT scan. Gentleman in radiology was very pleasant and thorough.
I have never been to a medical centre where all staff were very accommodating and nice. All facilities needed were on hand. Definitely 5/5

Normally our medical is okay, very long wait times even if you have an appointment but I went there tonight around 8pm and walked up to the reception area and obviously interrupted the receptionist's phone time because the lady was very snappy answering me and acted like I was being rude interrupting her scrolling on her phone, she then proceeded to tell me there’s a few hours wait and continued scrolling. Sadly this is not the only receptionist at our medical that I have met that is snappy and rude at patients. I wish this place was better because I really like dr Raymond.
