I would like to express my gratitude to Saffron Express for the many years of eating enjoyment they have given me. What makes Saffron stand apart from others is quality control and consistency. Authentic taste, well balanced spice and heat with an ability to opt in for "very hot" (thank you). Consistency is key in the fact that what you order is exactly the same as the previous week, month or year - no "hit or miss", clever management. Each and every dish, and I have tried most, are excellent. I work at the hospital and when I take Saffrons' food to share it is always favourably remarked upon and many of my colleagues were born in India. So thanks Saffron - I am sure you a successful venture and it is very deserved.

Accessible by car, Saffron Express is a small clean premises. Better to pre- order take away. Our food took 25 minutes to prepare. The one portion lamb curry comes with rice ($13) is similar to an airplane meal portion. The dish was tasty, but not filling. The 17$ two curries with rice offers Sam portion of meat. Be warned not to change the rice to a roti because that will be less and u will not be full. Eona.

Beautiful staff, the lady behind the counter was so nice and sweet watched her get attitude from 2 different food delivery drivers and she still kept smiling.Food as usual was amazing

The food is lovely no doubt, but grossly overpriced. I purchased ONE butter chicken and ONE steamed rice and paid $43.05... It's not even a restaurant but a take away.. Unbelievable

Absolutely delicious - plenty of vegetarian options too and overall excellent value. I would recommend getting the tasting pack and saving leftovers if you have any, as well as the BYO containers option for a discount and an easy environmental choice.
