The worst public service I have experienced in my 10 years of living in Darwin. The Indian Malaysian lady was so rude like she was having a go with me over a Medicare application ( probably due to menopause). Was so irritating... Anyway.. never ever gonna go there any more, terrible service (Other staffs were amazing though)
