I’ve had the best experience at Laser Clinic Australia these last couple of years! The customer service is always friendly and helpful. They are super flexible with appointments, which makes it so much easier when I have to book months in advance. The manager is honestly the sweetest and the staff are so inviting and make me feel extremely comfortable.
The prices are very affordable considering how many procedures I get in one appointment.

Worst place you could possibly go , Kim botched my face , I asked her if she was confident given she’s only been practicing for 2 months she promised she was and I now have massive eyebrow droop . I offered this clinic to refund me and I’ll leave peacefully without leaving an honest review (generous offer given I still have to wear off the crap work) and they’re not cooperating with my request. Instead they’re hiding in the rooms and not coming to the front . Weirdest experience I have ever encountered, stay away stick with people that have experience. I feel like a human test animal .

i’ve been to LCA for a few months now, i often get the pigmentation laser (BBL?) something like that - i ended up picking up a great deal which is always good. i noticed a difference after every session!
i recently tried a skin peal for my acne which i haven’t noticed a difference as of yet.
i do prefer to have the same person everytime as im a bit shy but regardless all the ladies there are so kind and lovely!

Laser Clinics Australia Darwin offer a 5 star service. They are very thorough, caring and respectful. They work hard to achieve the best results for you, showing flexibility and asking the right questions. I’ve had an excellent experience every time I’ve visited (unlike some other franchises in other states of Australia). In my most recent visit, I saw Bek and I cannot recommend her service and care enough. Thank you Darwin!
