I have just received a surgical procedure from NT Medical Specialist services. I do not have any negative aspects to the service provided. My experience of the service I received was the best i have encountered. I would like to single out Jessika the clinic manager for her client focused approach. I had a short notice request that needed to be actioned and she did not hesitate in accomodating my request. Jessika was always accessible to take my calls and immediately actioned my requests. Her diligence saved me a lot of money.

Reception staff have always been wonderful and helpful. Dr Alvaro is excellent, he’s a very calm, clear and is very supportive.

It’s really hard to find good specialists in the NT, and ones that take patients seriously. NT Medical Specialists helps fill that gap and helps with peace of mind.

Really disappointed in the service provider, had my follow up appointment cancelled due to Telehealth being down, during the phone call regarding the cancellation they noted they didn’t have my procedure report. My follow up appointment was rescheduled 2 months later (as I was away). On my appointment call to the doctor, I was waiting for a few minutes only to receive a call from the clinic saying they still didn’t have my procedure reports and I’d have to await a rescheduled appointment. That was two weeks ago and I still haven’t heard anything. Very upset about the lack of organisation and communication.

I read the bad reviews. All i can say is, when i rang em, they answered quickly. The sheila was helpful and friendly. The dr didnt mess around was only a little late for my appointment, straight up saved me money from not needing surgery and being honest about it.

The receptionist's demeanor was shockingly rude, displaying a complete lack of willingness to assist. Following this disappointing encounter, I made the firm decision to terminate my membership with Bapu, opting out of private healthcare entirely. I'd much rather endure the wait at a public hospital than subject myself to such disrespectful treatment again.

Poor communication from reception. Had to phone many times to ask something and to ask for admission and anaesthetic forms. Even called in there for them to be told they would email them that day but stil had to call them the day after. On first visit the staff seemed very disconected with theire jobs. Made us wonder if the Drs were of a similar standing. We pay for private health care and expect decent treatment. The private hospital on the other hand are excellent.
