I had Raffaele and it was such a relieving and zen-inducing massage - he was extremely considerate and was constantly checking up to see that I was comfortable, and was very obviously well experienced and had great technique. I came out feeling completely relaxed mentally and physically. Will definitely be coming back for another massage from here.

I made an appointment with Element and did not choose the massage therapist, so I did not have very high expectations. But Dawn surprised me. She is very professional. She asked my concerns, listened carefully, and the most important thing her skills are wonderful. She started very gently and gradually improved the pressure, focusing on my required parts. Got a 90 minute deep tissue massage with hot stones. Dawn was amazing, she pinpointed problem areas and applied strong pressure. Highly reccomend!! Will be my regular to help post partum recovery.

I was lucky to get a last minute appointment with Raffaele at Elements Wellness yesterday. He asked me what I was feeling and where prior to his treatments and asked if he could dry massage me to get deeper into the muscle tissue. It was AMAZING! Raffaele is extremely skilled and knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do to relieve my pain and discomfort. He then used needling which was great. I would highly recommend Raffaele and Elements Wellness. They also are a preferred Medibank private provider. Fantastic customer service also. 👍🏻

Yesterday I had my second remedial massage with Raffaele, best masseur I’ve ever tried. I have different problems with my back and hips but he has the power in his hands to make me feel better and I can still keep up with workouts at the gym without fear of getting injured. I would recommend the centre as it’s always very clean and make me comfortable. It’s a pleasure to engage in conversation with Raffaele during the massage. He was able to understand that my rigidity was mainly caused by mental stress which is amazing. Finding people who are considering mental health it’s not a bonus. Try it to believe!
