I saw Dr. Small for a check-up due to complaints of a sore throat and muscle pain. He only prescribed ibuprofen and sent me on my way. Over the next two days, I got worse and went to another doctor. Now, I can't even swallow my saliva. The doctor I saw diagnosed me with tonsillitis and was surprised that the previous doctor had only prescribed that medication. He prescribed antibiotics. I’ve just started the treatment, but I wanted to leave a review already. Avoid this place unless you have no other option.

Grateful for this medical centre and Doctors. They are one of the few clinics that offer bulk billing. The clinic has long served the community, many patients with vulnerable circumstances, as well as diverse clientele with gentrification to the area. Dr Ravi and Dr Small are my childhood doctors. There can sometimes be a long wait 40-60 min, but average wait is 15-30 min. Its a small and busy practice with 3 doctors, who are thorough, so I am more than happy to wait my turn.

If you are short on time, you can call ahead and ask Lara how many people are in the waiting room before attending.
Thank you for your service.

I’m so glad I came in today! I had one of the best interactions with a doctor ever. I saw Dr. Andrew, and he was super professional, making me feel really comfortable. He’s definitely my new forever GP!

Receptionist lady is very rude second time I come here with my client in the morning. And she treats everyone really bad, even on the phone. And she wears her face mask under her nose, what’s the point of that. Customers can’t hear you darling…
You should be working as retail not here ..

This is the most dodgy practise l have ever experienced here in my whole life. Start from the receptionist she generally chooses in the end whom l will see there contrarary to my choosing also offers other gp's to see instead despite all my intention to be followed up by a regular gp. On a few occasion, l notice different names on assignment confirmations rather than the gp. I visited on that occasion.

Finally, last time a few weeks back as l have seen a gp earlier and want to see him in second time after being informed about his qualifications which excited me to get an advice due to my condition therefore, l rang up early hrs of their opening to see which days he worksl yet, after being there on his time l was first told he is not yet there then, as l hang out on the door outside l was called back in.yet, as l have been with this gp second time l was simply met with a senseless fury and scolded with my questions asked why l need to see him instead l should see a particular one. As l explain to him that he is advertised in some particular degrees he then, question where and so on. Showed him going through the source he read it and confirmed that is right with relief. Yet, he did not give me slightest advice anything but arguing and urging me needlessly being there going on and on long drawn arguments until l need to walk out for nothing .as l have checked him on this consultation of abuse it has been charged 20 mins long consultation for that that is a rip off the Medicare to me without a doubt.
