Fantastic location, modern and clean, spacious, and best of all, the staff are lovely and thorough. Specifically Liz at reception and Annabelle the ultrasound tech were wonderful - Liz was warm and friendly which put me at ease when I was feeling anxious. She also took care to outline all relevant costs upfront so there would be no surprises without me even asking, which is something a lot of places neglect to do or do poorly. I really appreciated this! Annabelle has a wonderful bedside manner, she is calm and puts you at ease throughout, and she was extremely thorough in her checks and also listening to my concerns. That care went a long way in reassuring me that my health is in good hands.

This is definitely my new go-to for any imaging I need done and I'm so happy it's near where I live. Thank you team.

I’ve now had two MRI’s done here and can say with great confidence this is the place you want to go. The staff here are best of the best and truly go out of their way to make you have the most pleasant experience. It is abundantly clear that this place puts their clients first. Never a long wait time here either. Highly recommend for anyone needing any form of imaging done.

Had an appointment at 930am for a knee MRI an hour later still waiting with 4 people still in front of me, what’s the point of an appointment if you can’t even come close to keeping them, I left, spectrum is 100 times more efficient than this joke of a place.

I had an amazing experience at PRP Zetland. Liz at the reception was so friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease right away. Roger, who did my X-ray, was fantastic—professional, gentle, and made the whole process really comfortable. The entire team was great, and their excellent service truly stood out.
