This place has no duty of care

Doesn't care if patient has slept

Does care about timely results or real capacity of patients and just pushes them to work if even if they are at a 9 in pain (would probably look at a dead person and say that they are fit to work)

Doesn't even look into the area of pain, arm hurts look at hand, looks good to doctor send patient to work even if they had a hole in their arm.

Proabably one miffed customer away from a class action lawsuit to take away medical licence.

Useless company doctors that dont care about patients; only the companies that give them a bonus for getting the employees back to work. Reguardless of condition.

Cant even send a certificate of capacity the day of medical care.

Physio is alright though 8/10

The first doctor I had was very helpful, but the second one was not as good but still ok.

10 mins wait after handing in my documents for pre-employment medical check
First session: 20 mins with nurse Fiona for vision, hearing, and urine tests, measure BP & HR, height, weight, etc.
Second session: 20 mins with physiotherapist William - small sets of exercise for each part of the body
Lastly, 15 mins wait for the doctor and then 5 mins examination with Dr Ma.
All encounters were great, friendly and professional. 1 star down is for the waiting time…

Unfortunately, am not at all impressed has taken over 2 weeks for information to be available. Despite repeated phone calls and emails, I had no response from consulting doctor.

Disappointing after 2 weeks i am still waiting for employee results to arrive despite 2 emails which there was no response and 5 phone calls asking for the results. The reception staff are friendly but appear not to have a customer service focus. Having worked in medical centres as a nurse i understand the process and I am also aware of how long test results take to come in and its not 10 working days (most are back the next day) May have to source another supplier

If i could give zero stars i would, worst medical assessment I have ever had.
The Irish doctor that works there told me after i had been deemed suitable to work and signed off. Turns around and changes the paperwork to unsuitable until further assessment.
Its a scam making you waste more money, don't use this medical centre.

Very disappointed with the service for a Medical 1. Over the phone I’ve been told a lower price and that I didn’t need to take a blood test. Just to find out at the end that the blood test can be taken at your doctors covered by Medicare and get send through to the practice. Don’t go here as these people only want to make money off you and that’s very dishonest to not inform a client of the requirements of the visit and not providing the right cost. Very bad experience and wait time. The whole thing took 1 hour and 45 minutes. Ridiculous.

Dr William Ma and Vicki So the physiotherapist of Immex were unceasingly dedicated to providing me with professional highly skilled and compassionate care as I was recovering from a shoulder injury. I would not hesitate to recommend them to other people. Thank you for your wonderful work. I really appreciate everything that you did for me especially the support that you gave me so freely.
