The whole pregnancy and postpartum experience has been amazing. Emily in Physio kept my body healthy and relatively pain free, and ready to brith. Christine in massage was fantastic as well, i had terrible hip pain and she really helped keep this in check. Postpartum experience with their Exercise physiologist Nelly was epic. I have been seeing Evan for chiro for a few years now and have actually followed him from Maroubra. I was always sceptical about whether chiro did work. And safe to say time and time again, he proves me that it does!!!

I have and do usually see him when I'm sore and always leave 50% better in one session than when I first walked in.
Highly recommend seeing Evan for chiro as he knows what he is doing, very knowledgeable, personable, friendly and most importantly, will help you feel better, whether you are just maintaining or seeing him for something particular!! Evan is wonderful and his clinic is amazing! 🫶🫶🫶

I’ve seen Cristina for massage and Natalie for chiropractic and I would highly recommend both to anything who feels out of alignment, physically and energetically. I had the most wonderful experience at Selph studios. I had a massage with Christina and it was the most relaxing massage I’ve ever had. Recommend her highly and she also had such a calming energy and did a very thorough consultation before and even gave me some exercises to do. She was amazing! Will definitely go back.
