Dr Robert Smith is easily one of the best cardiologists I have seen. Extremely caring, thorough and genuine and remembers you a year later, like you were there yesterday. He has a real interest in seeing you recover back to full health, rather than just booking in repeat appointments to get your money. Highly recommend to everyone.

Paid for a babysitter, got to my appointment and they wouldn’t see me. They said they needed a negative rat. But they have never mentioned this before the appointment. I ended up in tears as I’ve been in hospital with heart pain and they sat there and watched me then asked me to re book a week or two later. Seriously how can you deny a mother a heart test for something so stupid. I told them I’d had a negative pcr a few days prior in the hospital as well.

Rather unimpressed with them before I even stepped in the office. Reception blunt and rude. Unable to confirm costings (kept changing how much the gap fee would be). I’d be avoiding just based on their phone service.
