Terribly unorganised company. My prescriptions have been delayed multiple times and incorrectly written. Do not use this company if you need cannabis products as they are highly neglectful to their patients, and are very hard to contact as well.

frustrating experience when attempting to complete the new patient registration form; as completed information disappeared
in LESS than a minute; very frustrating for seniors trying to complete the form.

Just the help I was looking for, for my elderly mother. Sometimes mainstream med is too hard. Prompt follow up once you get past the red tape. Looking forward to ongoing support with these guys.

I had an appointment with the dr for Tuesday 6/2/24 and I still haven’t received a call and they also took the payment out without a consultation. Can someone please contact me. Not happy with the service

Dr Manus was so thorough and patient - even when my video connection dropped out on my phone, he was quick to accommodate me via alternate means so that my consult could proceed. Thank you to the Lyphe team for the warm, personable and reliable way you guys conduct business.

One script and then the Dr disappeared. They just rang me back after 2 months as if nothing happened, however I'd already been forced to go through the whole process again at another clinic to continue my treatment they are cheaper and have been far better service than Lyphe!

Exception staff and very efficient. I found that my consult was very well arranged for me at a time and date that I could attend.
I had a telehealth appointment and the whole process was so easy.
The doctor was fantastic and very informative and listened to my concerns.
I would highly recommend the Lyphe Clinic to whom ever is looking for other options in regards to medications.
If I could give more stars I would.

Dr Bosman was very professional and comforting during my appointment. He explains everything in detail so that you have all questions answered. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
