My family and I recently switched to this Medical Centre, and we've been extremely happy with the care we've received. I see Dr. Sumi for my women's health concerns, and she has been excellent in addressing them. My husband has seen both male doctors and has had no issues. Our kids have also been well cared for. It's refreshing to have doctors who truly seem to care about their patients. Appointments are always thorough and efficient, never rushed like at other centres. While there may be a wait at times, that's expected everywhere.

The reception staff is also fantastic—always helpful with phone consultations, last-minute bookings, or sending paperwork via email. We highly recommend this practice!

I have recently attended this clinic, and I have been extremely happy with the services provided! The staff at the front are kind, understanding and excellent in processing appointments and talking to patients. I have been treated by Dr Chowdhury Beg and he is on point when it comes to treatment, and he is extremely considerate of our circumstances when suggesting treatment. All in all, one of the best GPs I have had the pleasure of seeing.

It is a privilage to have a medical centre in the nearby community. Werrington medical centre is one of the best local surgery to go. Wonderful doctors with extensive knowledge, welcoming staff , pathology services under the same roof. And it will be unfair if I don’t mention Cathy. A big thanx to Cathy to making the difference with kindness and passion.
Special thanks to Dr Sabrina who spent times in detail to treat my mum. 🙏🏻 . Incredibly satisfying.

We had a positive experience at the clinic. We went earlier today here for the first time since we moved. There's a bit of a wait, which is normal in every clinic I've been to. But other than that, everything was lovely. The receptionist was friendly and accommodating. We love Dr. Kamrun Sumi! She was fantastic with my kids, taking all the time to address all our concerns without rushing. Overall, it was a great visit.
I highly recommend this clinic. ❤️

Terrible experience, had went in a few days ago with bad chest infection, had to do a Covid test and then will receive a follow up call on my results. Well received a call from the receptionist today whom was lovely and book a phone consult for 130pm, not posting names of drs as I don’t name and shame but 130pm passes 230pm hits I make a call to a female answer the phone I explain the situation my call was supposed to be at 130pm and the dr has not called me yet, she advised il be the next one in line for a phone consult.
230pm to 330pm I’m still waiting to then having enough waiting 2 hours for a call back that was booked in.
The male receptionist was so apologetic not his fault again, maybe a word of advise for this medical Surgery if it does want to succeed is trust and honesty with your patients if you are running late advise the patient , don’t let the patient wait over 2 hours with no answers as to why the dr is late it’s down right rude.
They have lost me completely would never go there ever again even dire straight emergency.

This clinic is fantastic. From the moment you walk in, the receptionists provide a warm welcome. I saw Dr Beg when I went and he’s an amazing doctor who was exceptional, polite and catered to all my needs. I highly recommend this place.

We have been the customers of the practice for more than 10 years. It’s always been a positive experience with all the Drs especially Dr Tsu, Dr Haney and Dr Bonnie. Dr Bonnie is very friendly in treating my kids. They never feel as they are visiting the Dr. We (family) recently visited Dr Sabrina and she is been lovely and patient in listening to our health issues.

We were bit disappointed when the practice was closed for some time during COVID. However they are now back to usual business and glad to see all new Drs and pathology in one place.

Cathy, the receptionist is very welcoming with her beautiful smile and follows us up as and when needed a Dr visit. Hope you continue to provide the commendable services as always.

I would strongly recommend someone to visit this practice.
