So... never mind the rude reception service, my friend walked into my gym with her arm not working. She explained that when she was getting her bloods done the pathologist couldn't get any blood out of her. Given that her blood pressure is 115/75 this should not be a problem. I asked a simple question. Did she release the tie around your Biceps after she got the needle in? SHE SAID NO!!!! Are you serious? Of course you can't get blood out of arm if you haven't released the tie! How does a professional not know this? I'm baffled and disgusted. She basically can't move her arm because of the amateurs working in this place! I have recommended she reports this venue and their malpractice to the Medical Council of NSW.

Best service ever had. Dr Kolta is so kind and considerate. He listens and provides accurate diagnosis overtime I see him. Has been my family GP for years. Great receptionist, Mary is the best ever, always accommodating to my urgent need to see a GP. Thank you!!

Dr Kolta is very humble and a good person. I got really helpful medical advice from him. He gives proper time to the patient and understand the problem and gives medication on the basis of that, not like other doctors who gives you medication within 2 mins and don’t even hear you out. Receptionists and other staff members are very polite too. This is the only medical Center I’ve been visiting since I arrived in Sydney four years ago. I would definitely recommend.

Definitely one of the better bulk-billed clinics I’ve been to! Interiors are nothing special, but they have pretty decent customer service and ok wait times. The doctors provide good medical care and advice to my experience so far, addressing any questions or concerns I bring up in consultations.

Dr Kolta is a good doctor but the receptionist is very rude, dismissive, uncaring & not suited for customer service. She would not accept an 84 year old sick man as he was a new patient in their centre, even though there was only one person waiting. They are the only one left in Eastlakes so had no choice.

Been coming here for many years and have always been happy with my medical treatment, Dr Kolta is a good doctor and has treated me and my family with kindness and empathy. I admire both his and the receptionist composure when other patients have been rude or potentially violent

Saw the male practicisioner today. I left feeling frustrated and had a severe anxiety attack. Was refused a centrelink medical certificate as I suffer severe anxiety and ptsd. Doctors are meant to help their patients not make their mental health worse after a consultation. Do not see the male GP he is terrible!
Update: THERE IS NO FEMALE GP! Terrible male GP! Why bother wasting my time when I need to speak to her now!
Do not waste your time using this medical centre they don't understand ptsd, trauma or anxiety.

This doctor is a creep. He always makes me feel uncomfortable whenever i go there. All i needed was a prescription and he gave me that but then cancelled my prescription later that day so I couldn’t get my medicine. Don’t go to this doctor. Literally anywhere else is better.
