Doctors are great. Particularly, Dr Vienna.

Receptionist not so much hence the rating. I’ve had so many issues with my records at this place. Every time I visit I encounter the same issue of either having no record of me or I have two separate records that they still can’t seem to merge. I’m told I keep creating a new record every time I book an appointment, which mind boggles me.

The standard of service provided at reception is below par. I’m not sure if it’s a cultural or language barrier but the lack of accountability for their mistakes is what irks me. Take for example recently when id seen the Dr and was in the middle of having my bloods taken, receptionist comes running in saying i have to pay the fee. To which I responded with what fee? And was told $80 for drs visitation on saturdays. I told her I was not advised of this at the time of the booking and to show me where at reception does it state that a fee is applicable on a Saturday? To which she said no where but everyone knows there’s a fee. I’m not sure who she is referring to by everyone but clearly I was not aware, had I known I could have waited till a week day. I paid it anyway but again, the lack of accountability is unacceptable.

I visit this place because of location and because of my relationship with Dr Vienna. Otherwise if you’re after a clinic that’s purely transactional in nature and willing to wait an hour or two past your appointment then this is the place for you.

I've always been sceptical of visiting a new doctor... But the universe pointed me in the right direction to this wonderful clinic.

Dr Vienna took me under her wing and has taken care of me for about 2 years. I trust her so much. She's very friendly and welcoming. She LISTENS and takes in every consideration. She is unhesitatingly smart and knows exactly what to say. I have never had a bad experience here.

Reception is also very lovely and greets me with a smile. Phone calls and bookings are easy and quick.

Wait time can be quite long on busy days but that is just to show that the doctors here do not rush appointments, they take the time necessary to help their patients.

Cleanliness is amazing too.

I'm not happy at all with this medical centre for some reasons one of them is very important to me, unfortunately I noticed that all the chairs have visible dirt and stains, making it difficult to find even one clean seat given that this is a medical facility, maintaining high hygiene standards is crucial for the well-being of patients and visitors, I wish that this issue be fixed as soon as possible to ensure a cleaner and more comfortable environment for everyone.

Walked in thinking their pharmacy was still open because massive signs on the Greenway buildings still mention a pharmacy + medical centre. When I asked the receptionist where it was, she frowned with an attitude and said the pharmacy has been closed for more than a year now. Trust me, I wouldn’t have bothered to walk in if the practice had put signs up saying the pharmacy is closed or ripped off your old signs. Only redeeming point was that she mentioned the closest pharmacy was at Stocklands. She seems to take well to any non-Asian patrons though 🥴

For the reception team: the kindest, sweetest, most beautiful ladies! they take care of anything I need or anything my doctor needs them to do they are respectful and a pleasure to speak.
To my doctor Venna: the reason why I can nevrler see her the when I neeed to is because she has every other patient booking her up because of how passionate she is to take care of our health and she shows it! Compassionate about even the smallest of issues she cares in a way I have never seen before. God bless them all. I have received good news and bad news there and everyone from the receptionists to the nurses and doctors, they have showed love and support.

Doctors and staff have been very good.
They have comfortable waiting areas and were happy with all the doctors here.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Daniel Sada today. I went in for tonsil stones, which I could clearly see. Dr. Daniel initially dismissed me, saying there weren't any. When I insisted and showed him, he reluctantly pulled out a mirror and angrily made me show him again. This time, he acknowledged the stones but offered no help, telling me to remove them myself at home with a toothpick or gargle water, despite my inability to do so for the past three months.

Additionally, I asked him about a skin tag and if he could remove it. He rudely told me to go to a chemist to have it removed as they don't do it. He showed no empathy or willingness to help, leaving me feeling unheard and frustrated. I expected professional care and assistance, but unfortunately, I received neither. I do not recommend Dr. Daniel Sada.

Dr Viena is the best doctor she gave me the best medical advice and helped me get better fast.
RN Ella is also a friendly and caring, she was so gentle and understanding of my fears, she helped put my mind at ease and made me feel safe.
