First time seeing Dr Jianna, she honestly makes you feel very comfortable. She’s also very thorough and understanding. I can tell I will receive the best possible care from her.

Dr Ken and Dr Jianna are both absolutely wonderful, I cannot recommend them enough.
However, I found the admin staff to be quite condescending.
They appeared to be more interested in the conversation they were having with each other, than helping patients. Overall, not a great experience.

I've been seeing one of the specialists here regularly for a few months and have received only the best possible care. Dr. Cai is incredibly patient, understanding, and compassionate. He's been happy to walk me through various treatment options and help me weigh the pros and cons while leaving all of the big decisions in my court, which, as a patient, is something I really appreciate. I cannot recommend this place enough!
