Needed to have imaging done for 12 week post operative review with my Surgeon. The person at the reception was extremely rude to me so I told her I would have the scans done elsewhere. You would expect a lot better from a small town service provider. Around 1800 dollars they won't be receiving from my insurer. Getting the scans done in Sydney.

Very professional and friendly staff. They showed genuine care for their customers. I have taken my daughter couple of months ago and I’ve been there a couple of times in the last few days, absolutely amazing staff. Tamara you’re such a blessing, truely appreciate your help and kindness.

Very friendly and professional staff. Was seen quickly and had a great appointment with Melissa. After a previous miscommunication (at no fault of the staff), Melissa and the reception team were absolutely wonderful in finding a work around and ensuring everything went smoothly. Had driven over from Cowra and already had spoken to them on the phone before coming over to make sure they had the referral only to get there and be told the wording on the referral was wrong so had to drive back to cowra to get a new one the receptionist was not overly accommodating and didn't care wouldn't recommend this place

Why does apengliw show on their sevices page that they do mammograms? I called to book a mammogram and was told they dont do these and no-one in Young NSW does them that Id have to go to Canberra or Wagga. Please take this service off your site....update ...i received a message from apengliow that the mamogram is available at tgeir Inverelle site ..Im pkeased they let me know this. But admit to being disappointed that we have to travel so far to get this service (choices for women at Young are ACT Wagga, Inverelle or Orange or travel to Sydney ..i cant do this) thus isnt Apebgliws fault but hopfully with changes in Hovt this will change for rural wimen. It would be good tjough if Apenglow could name the sites that services are at however this may well be impractical

Very professional and friendly service. I went for a ultrasound and Marnie discovered an anomaly,I was then able to receive an xray which revealed a broken fibula .All within an hour.Well done and thankyou to all the friendly and professional staff
