Very very rude reception staff, they make you feel very unwelcome and speak in a rude manner ! I went down today, in person, to fill out new patient information, I was told a 2 day wait for the reception staff to put my information through, I was to ring up in 2 days at least to book in a doctor appointment.

Many people say that the receptionists here are rude but I find them to be warm and welcoming as well as very helpful and the waiting times to be usually short and all the doctors are highly skilled and professional as well as the nurse and Laverty staff

The Doctor very excellent in services but the reception and the nurse is very bad and rude. Because of this, I change new GP in town. First, I call the reception to request all my family record file. Then she advice me ask our new GP to request directly from them due we not allow to take the file by our ownself. So, on the 25/8/2023 our new GP ask the reception to request to transfer all our file from Leeton Family Clinic to them. No respon until a month. Then, the Gp ask the reception follow up again. We wait until early of October, still no respon. Then I call by myself in Leeton Family Clinic, the reception said she will speak with the nurse. Waiting 2 to 3 days, still no response. Only after a week, the nurse call me saying that she never receive my request form from the new medical centre. I call again my new GP. Then they email it again to Leeton Family Clinic. Today I call in my new GP clinic, they confirm not receive yet. Then, I call again in Leeton Family Clinic, so suprise they ask me to pay first only they can release all the document. Why they need to wait 3 months to tell me about this Why they not let me know early Why need to hold my family request? I feel so annoying with the service of reception and nurse in this medical centre. It is not profesional at all.

Have been unlucky enough to have the receptionist Jan pickup my call a few times and it is always the same, extremely poor service. Never have I encountered such an unfriendly and rude receptionist. For someone who is the first point of contact for the business, it is such a let down for the clinic. Her lack of general human politeness is amazing. She certainly comes across as though she hates her job and the public she deals with. I have been in the waiting room and heard her speak the same to those who enter and call and have spoken with multiple people who share the same experience. Jan if you so clearly don’t like your job and communicating with the public, I suggest you find a role that allows you to avoid it. Not even the “kill them with kindness” tactic works with her, she speaks to you poorly every time. I encourage management to hire someone who welcomes you with a smile and basic courtesy.
