Terrible. The lack of professionalism in the reception staff is appalling
In my case my privacy was breached on more than one occasion
The receptionist in there is an entitled idiot she was so rude uphelpful and with out explanation told me after being a pain for 10 plus years that the doctor will not see me base on information she had received
When I asked to see another of my usual doctor I was told he was booked out indefinitely
She basically told me that I was not to come back
The staff there lie to cover their mistakes will not release information that you are intitled to will look at your file with out permission
Then let’s go to the doctor
The main dr at the moment is an idian woman with a strong acent and is hard to understand she is rude and has no bedside matter to get a much needed script you are interrogated get a lecturer on how the medication is no good when dealing with drugs of addiction nor issues around this matter do not expect to be treated with dignity or respect they will be rude and patient profile you
You will not be shown one ounce of compassion or empathy
This is the same in regards to mental health
So many people I have see. Been treated badly by one receptionist non particular is disgusting but don’t bother to complain no one will listen

I have dealt with this clinic numerous times hoping it will get better, but unfortunately it hasn't. You have to prompt several times for document attachments to be emailed. Email responses also take over a day, generally after chasing it up again at least via a call. They are hesitant to fax/email referrals to physio's, but are not very clear whether they have done so, and you have to chase that up also. I have dealt with one lovely, informed girl at the reception and I hope more like her some on board.

Doctors and reception staff have no understanding of patients with anxiety. Refuse to reissue essential scripts until patient has seen a specialist for review, but no bulk billing specialists available within three hour radius.
Also turned away seriously anxious patient with infected wound because they cannot afford $82 consultation fee.
Did not even ask doctor's opinion/willingness to bulk bill before turning patient away. Absolutely humiliating and potentially harmful to treat patients that way. If it is at the doctor's discretion, ask them directly before turning away someone in need of medical care

Dr Jane has become our family doctor and provides an absolutely wonderful service out of this clinic. She had gone above and beyond on several instances in the past to get us the help and information we required.

Liar !
Never go this medical again

I don’t have Medicard so I asked staff how much should pay. She said around $31.But after I see doctor. They decided to charge me $75 due to long consultations(around 20mins) but before I went to see doctor, I check again the price. And asked no matter how long I take? And she said”yes”
