While many clinics are moving to private billing and reducing their hours, this center continues to bulk bill and offer extended hours to accommodate the community. Their dedication to patient care is evident in every aspect of their service. The team is always welcoming, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure everyone gets the medical attention they need. I personally deeply appreciate their efforts, and I never take for granted the incredible support they provide. Thank you for your ongoing commitment to the well-being of Australians!

I came in last week as a new patient and was blown away by the professionalism and efficiency of the male receptionist. He was caring and empathetic and listened to me as I was in a really bad state. He helped alleviate much of my anxiety and kept me informed of how much longer I had before I could see the doctor. What a fabulous clinic and an even more amazing receptionist.

The receptionist and doctor were absolutely lovely and were able to fit in my daughter with a suspected fractured wrist. They were able to X-ray her in the practice and bill billed her for the service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else, the service here is first class!

The reception team has always been extremely quick and efficient with any request that I give to them wether it be making an appointment, completing payments, or passing along a message to a doctor.
I understand how stressful it must be as a receptionist at the front desk when you need to appropriately triage a patient, and I can understand as a patient how frustrating it is to have someone move ahead of me even if they are in need of urgent care. I cannot commend them enough for how professional they are in these situations especially with the underserved verbal abuse they receive from other patients.

The nursing team has always been extremely professional and compassionate, and not once have I ever felt anything but safe when being treated by them.

The doctors at the clinic are very knowledgeable and willing to go extra mile in regards to ensuring their patients receive the treatment they need.

I cannot stress enough how much I recommend this medical centre.

I bought my son into the practice this morning, the practice hadn't opened yet, it was 6.55am, the doctor was 20 minutes late, which is fine, everyone has run late for work at some point or another, but we were all told that we couldn't wait inside until the doctor arrived, so we stood outside in the cold. I had no issue with this as my son was in the car where it was warm, but can you explain to me why you leave people waiting outside. There was a mother and toddler waiting as well. Is this what it has come to?
