When I explained why certain treatment methods wouldn’t work with my lifestyle, Dr. Lei didn’t dismiss my concerns. Instead, he thoughtfully offered an alternative medication, explained the risks, and ensured I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision.

The entire consultation was efficient, thorough, and empathetic. Within 10 minutes, I had the care and treatment plan I needed. Dr. Lei’s professionalism and patient-centered approach set a standard for what medical care should be.

Dr Alagan is genuinely cares about your health, well being and your concerns. Seeing Dr Alagan for years because she is very competent and accurate on her diagnoses. She's focused and great communicator and listener. Dr Alagan also makes sure your questions are answered in laymans terms,` I feel I am getting the best possible care for when I do see Dr Alagan and don't feel she rushed me. Strongly recommended Doctor.

On the 19/10/24 I went for a blood test as a normal routine once a year. Myself, I am a very scared person to do the blood test due to my veins very hard to find. And I got bruises after doing a blood test last Dec 2023. I found today a nurse called Alin was so helpful and she was very patient to look for my tiny veins from both arms. She saw it appeared on my hands but she did not want to take it from there just to save her time. In the past I had blood taken from my hand as well and left me with bruises and ugly hand for a few weeks. With Alin I found she an amazing nurse. She made me feel relief and without any pain or or mark on my arm. I would like to share my thought with her which I am a person who don't normally leave or write any comments about anything.
I hope if I have or need to have a blood test I would love to see Alin again. Thanks so much Alin you are a beautiful nurse. GOD BLESS, Thi Diem

After a 3-hour wait, Dr. Milinkic seemed rushed and lacked empathy. She ignored serious symptoms, showed no concern, and was rude. They should just close down, it’s like they’re running more of a business rather than a medical facility.

I had a very disappointing experience at Tripple 333 medical centre during my visit on 21st Aug. The new receptionist failed to process my Medicare refund correctly, which was frustrating enough. When i called the centre a week later to inquire about the rebate, not only had the issue not been resolved, but the receptionist I spoke to was incredibly rude and dismissive.
Instead of acknowledging the inconvenience caused by the mistake she defensively claimed that their staff are well-trained. If the training is as good as she claims, then how did this error happen in the first place? what was most upsetting was the complete lack of an apology for the trouble they caused me.
It's disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism and basic customer service. I hope the management addresses these training issues and improves their approach to patient care.
otherwise, I have a positive experience with the doctor and she is awesome. I hope the clinic will address these issues (receptionist customer services) to improve the overall patient experience.

The new receptionists they have now are much more nicer and accommodating than the ones they had before. Better accessibility now with a new elevator they installed. Waiting times are still an issue as there can be times where they have only 1-2 doctors available. Other than that, staff and doctors are good and helpful.

I've had the misfortune I've having Josie answer my call today. I've never encountered such a rude woman answering a phone in a medical centre. I explained that I had a phone consult booked in.
I'd rang at 8am.this morning and this was now 3pm and the doctor had now finished and she goes well phone consults don't always happen as doctors are busy. I said well thanks why not explain that in the 1st place and she continued to speak over the top of me. I asked her not too and she continued and when I said don't speak over the top of me again she hung up. WOW this is someone who is supposed to have empathy for patients she is just 1 RUDE ARROGANT person.
