One of the greatest yoga experiences I've ever had. I took a self love neuro-pathway rewiring class with her today and felt so amazing and relieved afterwards. She creates a safe space for everyone to feel their emotions and focus on themselves individually. I got so much out this class, and even found myself crying towards the end of it. I would 100% recommend Autumn to any event or company. You need this!!

I participated in a 3 part workshop, Identity by Design, which was wonderful! So many valuable tools, concepts, and practices were introduced to support the members in clarifying goals and direction at the current stage of life. Autumn and Shaina were the co-leaders of this program and both women are incredibly knowledgeable, insightful, and supportive coaches!

My experience with clearly you was so eye opening and FUN! she taught really unique yoga and journaling classes at a retreat I went to and I wish I could have her back at home. I love all the activities she had us do, and her yoga was not only relaxing but it was creative and full of intention. Autumn talked about how she had a background with education and you could really tell, she knew how to teach and hold space really well.

Autumn is absolutely amazing. She led us in a self love, neuro-pathway rewiring yoga class in Columbia and it was so healing. I can tell everyone (myself included of course) got SO much out of this 1 hour class. I would definitely recommend having her come and give this gift to your company. <3
