This is one of the worst medical practices. They do not care about your appointment time even if the practice is empty. Dr soe is one of the worst doctors i have ever met, not professional at all.

So disappointed with what this medical centre has become. Went on a Thursday around 5pm with my little kid who had a fever. They refused to admit him (they closed at 7pm) saying they are fully booked though there was not a single person in the waiting area, one doctor had his door open and chatting on his phone but no one is bothered to do any work. Too bad Cincotta Merrylands is partnered with them.

If you're in the mood for a day that makes you question your sanity, or maybe even one that ruins your mood altogether, this is the place to be!

First, brace yourself for the front desk staff, particularly the lady with the scarf. Her tone and attitude are so off-putting you'll wonder if you're on a hidden camera show. But it gets better! The doctors here have perfected the art of ignoring mental health concerns. Need to talk about your anxiety? They'll question you like you're under interrogation, then brush you off with the carelessness of someone swatting away a fly.

Oh, and if you think you can get your medical history without a fight, think again! And despite booking in advance, you'll still get the pleasure of waiting an hour in the saddest, darkest, dullest, most depressing waiting room, only to have your concerns dismissed with the interest of someone watching paint dry.

Big shoutout to Dr. Mudhaher Alshaw for an unforgettable clinic experience. While the doctors at this clinic aren’t exactly top-notch, Dr. Alshaw managed to stand out – and not in a good way.

When my regular doctor wasn't available, I had no choice but to turn to him. His dismissive attitude and refusal to address my concerns led me to seek help elsewhere.

He flat-out refused to release my medical records, as if they contained secrets about celebrity visits to Jeffrey Epstein's island. Only after threatening to report him did he finally hand them over. Shockingly, it was revealed that most of my interactions since 2022 hadn't been documented, raising serious concerns about the clinic's record-keeping practices.

Well, if you're up for a rollercoaster ride of frustration and disbelief, this clinic is your one-stop destination! From the front desk drama starring the scarf-wearing diva to the award-winning performance of Dr. Alshaw, it's a comedy of errors with a hint of conspiracy theories. Who knew getting medical help could feel like auditioning for a reality TV show? But fear not, your medical records might just hold the key to unlocking the mysteries of the universe... or at least some missing appointments. So, strap in and hold onto your scarf – it’s going to be one wild ride!

I recently visited Merrylands Family Practice for my daughter's 1st-year vaccination, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired.

The nurse who attended to us lacked friendliness and empathy. There was no attempt to make the process more comfortable for my child or create a positive environment. The absence of smiles made the situation awkward for both my wife and me.

I believe a more compassionate approach is essential in a setting that involves children. A warm and friendly demeanor can make a significant difference in the overall experience for parents and their children.I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as improvements in customer service would greatly enhance the reputation of Merrylands Family Practice.

The healthcare situation in Australia is currently chaotic. Every GP seems impatient, barely listening, and often dismissive. They quickly ask why you think there's a problem without fully understanding your concerns. If I weren't unwell, I'd prefer spending time shopping or enjoying leisure activities instead of dealing with uninterested doctors. Even when willing to pay for a vaccine, they question its necessity. Can they handle the responsibility if my health deteriorates?

No point in booking an appointment when you need to wait for 20 mins to see a doctor.
The doctor insisted me on getting a test done even though I simply was having a headache!!!

Most unprofessional centre I've been to. Every time I make an appointment to see the doctor I get my turn an hour late. Why take an APPOINTMENT to be served an hour after, All the time! Also had made a phone appointment for today and no one called before close. What a joke of a business. Doctors are in there just to make their hourly wage and get out. Not even going to start with the receptionists.. I'd suggest if you want a service, find somewhere else.
