I had a great experience from the first greeting smile at the front desk by the nice receptionist, through to the waiting area outside rooms for the CT Scan and Xray. The staff were all kind, efficient and showed patience.

Terrible service. You’d expect a facility that handles scans to accommodate those with mobility issues. The staff seems oblivious to the fact that patients may have serious physical problems. The male doctor who did the MRI had awful bedside manner and showed no concern for my friend, who struggles to walk and shakes constantly. Despite her repeated struggles, he just criticized her for being slow. Completely unacceptable staff.

The person at the reception and and one of the person that work inside Eva I believe is her name were courteous and professional.

However, unfortunately I can't say the same regarding the Steroid Injection procedure, the lack of explanation was notable. There was no clear understanding of the steps involved, and I was unaware that a sample of my knee fluid was being taken for analysis and then ask to sign an authorization, I had to inquire about the purpose of the authorization form I was asked to sign and I was giving extremely vague explanations.

The facility lacks adequate accessibility, particularly for a location frequented by individuals with mobility challenges due to injuries, chronic conditions that require imaging and other procedures.

The space is quite confined and compact, creating a somewhat oppressive atmosphere. There is a distinct odor reminiscent of an aged storage area.

Why I gave supersan 5 stars .
They are very busy and they still give you a smile.
If you are on time for your appointment they are as well.
Yesterday I had to make an appointment for injections in my back. The ladies at the front desk were absolutely FANTASTIC.
Keep up the good work ladies.
Yesterday and today I had to have two needles in my back Dr Vincent he was bloody FANTASTIC he put the needles in the right spot first time NO JUSTING of the needles .

Minus 5 stars if I could. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT A CORRECT DIAGNOSIS! From my personal experience, and horror stories I have heard from others. There are actually some local doctors that warn their patients not to go there!
If you have been there, and don't feel right about your results, I seriously urge you to get a second opinion, please!

The staff at reception are wonderful always willing to help.
Iv had a lot of dealings with Superscan Fairfield heights over the years, highly recommended.
But the stairs to ultrasound isn’t good for elderly or mobility impaired. Not sure if they have a lift ?
