Closed today when they knew i had an appointment this afternoon shame on them. They even lie about hours. I definitely wont be going back again after thry messed up my two appointments today was the final straw. Horrible service. I hope the owner feels remorseful and shamed that the centre closed earlier than usual. I am their tegular patient now i will look elsewhere

I was a regular client of this medical centre. Their opening hours are longer than others in local so I used to go there. But I will never go again. They often overbooked the clients and accept lots of walk-ins and made scheduled clients to wait for long time. I don't understand why they even take appointment bookings.
My appointment today was 3:15pm. Waited till 4:10pm. One client in front of me gave up her appointment time for someone who walked in with her kid. I patiently waited. When it was my turn, the woman who had given up her turn for the walked-in client claimed that it was her turn. I said it was my turn as she gave up her turn. She should go behind the line. She blamed on me that I was being rude. Doctor even advocated her that she was just being kind. Don't argue with her. It was so wrong. Why should I be blamed in this situation? When I walked out from the appointment, that cruel woman sarcastically asked to doctor with loud voice " is she dying?" No one stopped this rude behaviour. It was awful.

I would say that Woodville Medical Centre is a pretty consistently mediocre practice. I have been a few times since moving into the local area. Today, was a more exciting experience when I waited an hour. The doctor called my name and when going over to the door, a lady interrupted saying she had been waiting since 10am (me as well). The doctor asked if I could let her in before me, so I asked her what time her appointment was, which was 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time - so I declined.

After getting my script, a medical certificate I then asked for a mental health plan which he said "would take too long" and to look at how many people were waiting. I'm really curious to know when would be a good time to go to the doctors? How am I suppose to know how busy a medical centre is before arriving at my appointment time? He told me to reschedule - which sounds great in theory but obviously the same thing is going to happen again.

Receptionist was nice and handled patients being annoyed quite well. No receptionist can make a place worth 4 stars though.

I couldn’t be more satisfied with the care I received. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the doctors are knowledgeable, attentive, and take the time to listen to all my concerns. Booking appointments is easy. The clinic is clean, organized, and well-maintained.

I saw doctor aker Dolan and I gotta say he was the most amazing understanding intelligent doctor I ever saw in my life took the time to understand and help me on my road to recovery mentally and physically . So grateful there is still a good caring educated doctor that actually cares .

Great experience at Woodville Road Medical. The staff were friendly, the doctors really listened, and everything was clean and well-organised. Definitely recommend!
