I met Dr Jenny by accident. I was struck by her character and became her patient. She is a fluent Vietnamese speaker who is hugely helpful to many patients who struggle to get help in English. She is also a quiet, straight-speaking Aussie who gives clear, unvarnished advice that I have always found to be trustworthy and accurate.

Absolutely very bad customer service as i needed to see the doctor so that i can have an application form filled out but they advised that i needed to make an appointment for this ( however i have already made the appointment ). Then was told that i needed to bring in the form as they can not print the form which will literally take a minute. this is the worse customer service that i have experienced ever !!!

Absolutely discusting,called this morning couldn't understand her so asked her to repeat herself, silence then she said hello and i asked again what the name of the surgery was, so she told me and said what do you want ,so i said you should be asking me how can i help you,then she said what do you want were busy,so i told her she was rude then hung up,never recommend this medical practice to anyone ever.
