very unimpressed. i am new to the healthcare system in australia and have dealt with another doctor who was very good compared with this doctor. she is dismissive and though kind, she didn't seem interested in helping me with a matter that is important at this time. she was also inaccurate about how to navigate dealing with the situation and uninterested in pursuing me as a patient, knowing my current needs. one extra star for doing it in a "kind" way.
