(1) They encourage online booking but never get back to you.
I made appointments for different services on different days and never heard back from them. When I called to follow up over a week later they could not find any record of my requests.

(2) It took over half an hour for the receptionist to book in two appointments. I was easy and took the next available at whatever time and place and with whoever. It should never take that long for a receptionist to find appointments for a person.

(3) Waiting times are long. The next avaialble appointment for their EAP is in 3 weeks time. Previous EAP services that I have been with have a policy to see you within 5 business days.

The rudest.

Very arrogant and racist towards brown and black people.

Their service includes: Wrestling type attitude, very unfriendly manners, bullying their clients about 'rights', yelling, aggression, and threatful body language.

If you are an indigenous, African or Asian with dark skin color, stay away from them.

These guys will discriminate and commit bullying because of ethnic background or race. And they refuse to do anything when a report is made.

Terrible to be left waiting on hold to make a simple appointment. Some of the counsellors are great, but some just like to talk about themselves
