It was alright, just that the blood drawing was a bit painful (unlike previous ones I had). My arm also bruised, discoloured black for days.

It has mentioned about opening hours but i have been there for multiple time but i have almost never seen that it opens at 7 am. Timing is crucial because of fasting.

If you are not opening at 7 am i would suggest to change the schedule so we will be aware.

The staff is very unprofessional. They informed me that I needed to make the payment and assured me that they would send the payment link to my mobile number. I patiently waited for two weeks, but unfortunately, they did not send it as promised. Consequently, I decided to visit their pathology in person to inquire about the delay. However, their response was quite careless, and they simply provided me with a customer service number to contact. When I called the number, I was informed that the pathology staff had not sent any invoices to them.
