It’s been a decade coming to this Medical centre and never had any raising concerns about doctors and nurses.
I did have change of doctors in last 10 years but every doctor I got seemed to be very humble and understanding.
Dr Samaan has been doing magnificent job in the practice and I would highly recommend him for his great patience and empathetic nature towards his patients.
Yes you cannot be seen on actual time of appointment which is understandable as each appointment patient time varies with their complexity.
Great improvement in reception staffs too lately?
I wouldn’t mind waiting as long as my wait is worthwhile .

If I could give no stars I would.
Book an appointment and don’t get seen til 1 hour + after the appointment.
Everyone that was seen before me while I’ve been waiting for the hour has been a walk in patient, of Indian appearance, as is the doctor.
When asked why I’m made to wait the receptionist excuse is that the doctor has a list of patience and they choose who they want to see first.
If this is the case why am I booking an appointment? Not accepted as a walk in when I’ve tried as they’re at capacity.
People have children and other commitments, appointments should be kept as close to schedule as possible to elevate any issues surrounding time punctuality.

Even if you book an appointment you will be waiting for over an hour for the doctors to stop yarn carting and actually see you, even when they do see patients they pick familiar faces before anyone else. Don’t waste your time and go to another dr even a walk in one is more organised than this one.

Most unprofessional doctors I have ever been too. So focused on what other doctors I go to then saying why aren't you seeing them. Would rather quickly get me out of the way and say you are fine, instead of actually checking over someone.

If I could 0 Rating I would, this place is terrible whenever I try to call to make and appointment or cancel one you can never reach the reception, all the doctors are rude and careless. Dr Abdul is rude, same and the Dr Roshani also rude we kept going to these guys for My daughtes eyes only to be told they can't do anything or prescribing random creams dispite asking for allergy tests and referrals to pedestrians and when they give you prescriptions and the pharmacist tells you it can't be used on babies so you go back and double check the doctor accuses you of lying, them went to Micheal and he tells me I have to put bread milk in her eyes to help and can back in a week if that doesn't work then you come back and he says can't do anything then you and so it continues also not listening to my requests for tests for allergy and waiting hours after the appointment time, I couldn't make 2 appointments I made following up after he prescribed eye drops and he accused me and my Husband of being careless with our child despite our request for tests, finally we went to another doctor and instantly he told me what was wrong and what we had to do to fix it and sent a referral for child specialist don't go to the doctors here they are dodgy and useless, I found out My daughter will require surgery to fix her eyes, and the the constant flare ups could have made my daughter blind in the infected eye so thanks alot never coming back

Every time I came to see the doctor the receptionist always said we were fully booked but there was no one there waiting and told me to go to another medical centre instead ,very unprofessional.

Worst drs I have been too. I left middle consult feeling so insulted. I would not recommend at all. I should have read the reviews before making an appointment. I wish drs were reprimanded for their behaviour. They are not God.
