As a tenant in a property managed by these guys I cannot recommend them enough. Matt and Gary are both responsive, professional and friendly people. A special shout out to Gary who managed a tricky day one Friday just before Christmas when three tenants were moving out at the same time from one tower and were blocking lifts, he managed this with patience and good humour. Additionally the property is maintained with exceptional efficiency and cleanliness.

Point Facility Solutions have been the Facility Manager at Glebe Park Residences for the last two and a halve years. Their management of the complex has been first rate, especially in the introduction of better management practices. In addition, the on-site manager, Pete Darcy, has provided excellent support to the Executive Committee well beyond that specified in the service agreement. I have no hesitation in recommending the company.
