I had some lip filler (Restylane Kysse) completed by Dr Kate. The service was great. Dr Kate was very thorough in explaining the process, what to expect and their support service post procedure if needed. As a result of the procedure I had some swelling (to be expected) and bruising above my lips where I had some additional injections for vertical lines which was of no surprise as Dr Kate had managed my expectations. I also bruise easy! The swelling has improved significantly as outlined in my consultation. Although the pricing is a little on the higher side of this particular treatment I would definitely recommend them due to their entire end to end process. I will be going back when needed for other procedures:). The actual clinic is lovely as well. Much more bespoke than other ones I have been in. Photo is the day after. Second photo with glasses on is 48 hours after.

All the staff are wonderful and the treatments are fantastic. Nothing is to hard for them and they are always happy to discuss any random questions regarding treatments, pricing and appointments. You need a clinic in Darwin!

Had a consult that was quite expensive and didn't feel worth it, with a Doc who implied I had issues with self image and made me feel quite uncomfortable after that. She suggested the most expensive treatment available and didn't mention any other possible treatment apart from that one. She didn't bother to ask me if I wanted to book in for a second consult to know more about the treatmentz, she just said they will book me in, I felt very put on the spot.
I perceived a lack of sincerity from the doctor, especially the way she questioned my motives for wanting treatment and making assumptions about my confidence. Over all I found it distasteful and I wish I had stood up and said something. I have had much more genuine experiences elsewhere.

Booking was awesome. Arrived ten minutes early and got in perfectly on time. Receptionists are very welcoming & understanding. The entire building was a warm and safe environment. The lady that helped me out with my appointment was very helpful, friendly and communicative. Definitely would recommend to friends & family.
