After hurting my neck at the gym, i started suffering from daily headaches, and pains throughout my face and jaw. I was recommended to go and see Mark and was not disappointed. He ran me through the flaws in my workout routine and freely gave me pointers on how to improve it so I don't continue to hurt myself. After having a look at my neck he found that it was the crux of my problems. After one session my headaches are now gone and I no longer have the pain in my face or jaws. Mark is definitely a legend that knows what he's doing. He ran me through the anatomy of the neck to help me understand my issue and then he sent me on my way with some great exercises to help keep on top of my misalignment. I highly recommend Mark!
