I recently had my first baby and needed an upgrade in size vehicle to fit my growing family. I saw the car I wanted at this place and from the beginning of communicating with Ramez to closing the deal, he was super helpful and understanding of my situation. He really went above what I would expect, bringing car to me and even after purchasing helped with an issue that arose after. Five stars all around! We love our new wheels with extra space. This was a very pleasant used car buying experience. Ramez quickly responded to all my messages and was so easy to communicate with. I wanted to take the car to a mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection, and Ramez trusted me and my husband to take the car for 2 hours to test drive and have it checked. Ramez is kind and down to earth and not pushy at all. My only qualm was that Ramez told me the tires were new and that the car had no scratches or dents, but there were scratches and the tires are far from new. It's an 8 year old car, so I'm not surprised it has blemishes, but I do wish he was upfront about that. He was patient and allowed me to take my time deciding and worked with me to come to a price we were both comfortable with. I'm so happy with my new car. Thank you!!

Buyer beware. Purchased a vehicle just about a year ago customer service was great but a lot of info about the car was not disclosed. 1 year later $6000 down the drain on rebuilding the whole motor. Car had a lot of issues that were never fixed upon them receiving the car no mechanic ever touched it they cleaned it to look good only.
