Very busy location. There is not enough supply for the demand. Nevertheless, it is a great place for a coffee and pastry at any time.

I ordered a mango creme brulee cake. When the cake was taken and put into the cake box. I saw that the cake was damaged. The bottom was damaged or broken. However, the employee still put it in the box. I thought for a moment whether the model of the cake was like that. But after taking it, I opened it again next to the table. And it turned out that the cake was a bit broken. I don't understand why the employee still put it in the box! I complained to the second employee. Because the first employee was on the phone. The second employee said, did you move the cake until it was broken? I told the employee, I haven't left yet. I'm still at your cashier. How could I break it? The employee finally replaced it with an attitude. Cmon.... the service of the employee is soooooo bad.

This location is relatively bigger, but the pastry options seem to be a bit limited in the evenings. I guess it really depends on the time you go (yes probably earlier the better) Love that they have some seating in the store, and a cafe to enjoy. Note: would recommend adjusting the sweetness level if you are sensitive to sugar. The Vietnamese coffee I had was too sweet, 50% less would work better.

Overall, a pretty decent Taiwanese chain bakery! Compared to Taiwan, they have more varieties in the USA, and the quality is consistent. Enjoy!

This location of 85 Degree Bakery is very bust at times and sometimes they do run out of supplies. I went around 4pm and they ran out of some of there bakery times. The bread is still good though and I suggest to give it a try. The coffee and other drinks there are pretty good there as well. The place looks modern as well. The service is pretty good as well at the cashier. Overall, good experience and would come back if I'm near the area and need some bread or coffee.

First time to come to this location. They have a good parking space in the back. The staff are friendly and very accomodating, they have good amount of bread varieties to choose from. The cakes are delicious and not too sweet. The store is very cosy, clean and spacious.

I accidentally ordered a tiramisu cheesecake rather than the regular tiramisu cake and I did walk out the store with the cake but never opened the container and proceeded to walk back in and ask for them to please switch my cakes. The cashier, Gio, denied my request even though he handed me the old cake sitting in the display all day. My first experience at this business left me leaving unsatisfied. I understand the germs argument but I was handed a display cake so what did it even matter? I guess this business doesn't care about pleasing its customers.

They have different varieties of bread but they are all great choices. Their bread is very soft not hard like other bakeries. I got their sea salt coffee and never disappoints. The shop is very clean and every bread is prepackaged. I came around 930ish so the wait time for the lines wasn't that busy. This bakery never disappoints everything they have is really good.

Tonight was my third time getting service from the black, tall, skinny, hair in an bun employee in the location on Alhambra. Every time I say hi he gives the worst looks. He’s usually in the night shift. He’s very unfriendly and short when I ask for help or I’m wanting to place an order. It’s gotten to the point that if I see he’s the only one helping I rather go to another location as I don’t feel welcome . Everyone else is great.
