Today was the best doctors appointment I’ve had in a long time. I arrived, got to the waiting room just as I positioned myself. The doctor come out called me in. On top of that the doctor really listened to what I had to say and was very helpful. All the staff at Atherfield are very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely no need to be asking about preferred pronouns. If anybody has an issue with how they are addressed, let them raise it! Equally so with religion. Can’t see the reason behind that request for a skin check!!
