Doctor spruiked religion, drew the appointment unnecessarily long to charge us more, her referral documents were unintelligible to the medical professionals we took it to (several different professionals reviewed the referral and none were able to understand it). Never going there again. Dr V is a kook.

I took my 2 year old son here 10mins ago (3.20pm) and got turned away as they were shutting soon (they shut at 4pm) I am appalled that they turned a 2 year old child away when there was only 1 patient waiting and there was still 40mins until their closing time. I would NOT recommend this medical centre to anyone, obviously they don't care about the patients.

Dr Merchant is an excellent Doctor. Have no problem waiting to see him. The staff always helpful and friendly even when under the pump.

Charged $80 for advice on a wasp sting, was told that he didn't bulk bill. Only saw him as the other Dr cancelled last minute and was put in with someone else.

No walk ins. Suffering from a suspected concussion and was turned away as they don’t do walk ins. I am new to the area so was in aware that medical centres could do that.

Don't bother!! Waited 1.5 hours only to be told doctor is not coming in. SERIOUSLY!! Drive to Penrith.
