Really lovely practice, from the staff at the reception, the atmosphere, the music and how calming it is. The doctor was really lovely and receptionists go above and beyond. I would really love to highlight how lovely Michelle is at reception, you could not ask for better service than this, absolutely outstanding and lost for words.

Been here for approx. 3 years and it’s the worst. The only doctor worth paying for is Dr Amanda Wijeratne who is kind and nice, but even she can be impatient sometimes. Heard she left.

Dr Irina Al Muderis, on the other hand, is the worst. I will never forget what she said when I told her I kept gaining weight - “because you eat a lot and you don’t exercise”. Lady, I bet I put in more time into my workout routine everyday than you do a whole week. You don’t know me. You don’t know how much I struggle with my weight my whole life. What kind of unprofessional and rude person would say that to a patient who just stepped into the consulting room 2 minutes ago? What a great ice breaker for a consult. Never came to this place again. Changed to north Sydney and it’s much better. Receptionists are nicer too.

Just been here for a pathology test, no waiting at all. Michelle was very efficient in taking a blood sample effortlessly. I know that I have thin veins and have seen people struggle getting a blood sample off me. Will definitely recommend Clinical Labs here for pathology and above all Michelle.

Was a new patient, visited the clinic around lunch time. Dr Irina Al Muderis cancelled my appointment while I was in the waiting room. I was only 2 mins late for my appointment. Not someone I feel comfortable trusting my health with.

I’ve been seeing the same doctor multiple times in the past couple of months for my health condition. Never seen the doctor taking notes and I have to explain my situation from the beginning every single time. The doctor always rushes through the consultation and usually leaves me with even more questions. Instead of guiding me through the situation, I need to know exactly what I need eg blood test, ultrasound etc then the GP only gives me referral letters (one at a time) as requested.
I haven’t really got much medical advice from the GP. The only helpful thing is probably those referral letters to specialists…

I needed urgent attention to a blocked ear. Our GP was unavailable and I walked into the practice. I was efficiently received and given an appointment. I then met the delightful and efficient Dr Irina Al Muderis. She proved to be very pleasant and an effective General Practitioner. I would have no hesitation in recommending her. Furthermore her nursing staff were pleasant and also effective and efficient. My problem was solved quickly and the whole team was a pleasure to deal with. I would not hesitate to go back to Dr Al Muderis.

Worst place to consult! I made an appointment by phone and they told me that under 16s would be free by book billing, when I arrived with my 6-week-old daughter after having consulted with the doctor they charged $80 then I asked why they were charging me that amount since they informed me that it was free ( bulk billing) for under 16s and they said me that Dr Irina charges and that the person who informed me that she didn't charge
didn't was not updated so I informed the recepcionist that on the website it says that it is bulk billing for minors and adults for 5 minutes is $35. Then they told me that they didn't update the site and that they weren't going to refund my $80. I do not recommend Dr Irina or this clinic to anyone, much less anyone with a newborn child. They are unreliable!Run away from this clinic.

Dr Deepika could not have been more lovely and helpful. Really loved her!

Unfortunately I have the same complaint as everyone else - the receptionist was just plain rude. After having an unpleasant interaction with her myself, I then watched her shout at an elderly lady. She was quite derogatory to the poor woman, to the point where I had to get up out of my seat and intervene.

I made a complaint by email to the MedClinic head office using the email stated ([email protected]), however they never responded.

Such a shame as the doctors really are lovely!
