I reckon, he's the best GP in town , very experienced, knowledgeable , caring & friendly, takes his time with you & doesn't rush you off, hence takes longer than most, but if you want thorough & proper care, what's a little extra time, so make sure when you go to him, you have plenty of time & don't try to rush the staff there either. Hard to find a professional like him... Absolutely worth the wait.

We came here at 3.25 pm for our appointment at 3.45 pm. We were still waiting at 4 pm then asked the receptionist how long we gonna wait for our appointment because we said that have to pick our daughter up from school then the receptionist called the doctor and then previous patient came out but the doctor called another patient who were there when we there at 3.25 pm. Finally we had to left at 4.10 pm to pick our daughter up from school so no point to get appointment from there just go and wait at least an hour!

I only been to this surgery once about a year ago ,I found them accidentally because I wasn't from the area.it was emergency I was in grate stomach pain ,A Lady Dr her name Dr Anna attend me ,she was extremely attentive to my conditions because there was more than one issue ,She explained everything to me thoroughly and gave me advise .
What was so wonderfull about her she genuinely cared withought hurrying me out the door.
I reported to Google maps ,apparently this surgery Has not been highlighted.I live in the area temporarily now and I am going to visit this surgery as long as I am in Ashfield.

What a breath of fresh air for a GP, Dr Anna was genuine and caring. After years of lacklustre experience with medical centres, its great to feel like someone has concern for your health and well-being.

Spent almost an hour over the course of a week trying to call them, they never seem to answer their phones. When I finally did get an answer, I was told they aren't accepting new patients. A fact not mentioned at all on their website.

Maybe they are great doctors, but they are inept at running a business.

I had called earlier in the morning to book a phone consultation for 12:45pm. However it’s almost an hour later and haven’t received a message to say that they have cancelled the call and to call myself and find out that the place has closed for the day. Unprofessional and rude.
