used to be a great medical centre but not anymore. My Doctor of 20 years left and then I started seeing a new doctor who was great until he also decided to leave. forget trying to book into seeing another Doctor here now they only have 2 doctors seeing patients. it really says a lot about IPN and their inability to keep great doctors.

The receptionist are lovely... but this use to be a very reputable medical centre until all there drs left (quite suddenly too). The only dr on now obvervesly doesn't want patients with chronic conditions. This has been my only medical centre for last 4+ years, and my original gp decided to leave without informing me a couple months ago. So I obvervesly needed a new gp, so I went to see another dr at the same medical centre. I firstly needed a form for centrelink, of which this dr refused to do, and told me that "i am not you're GP, go to lidcome (old gps new medical centre thats over 3 hours away) and see you're old one... So now I have been stranded with no treating GP, and I can garentee I will never be going back to this medical centre!

Went at 9am in the morning for an emergency check and was told that there was only 1 doctor available for the whole centre, and I cannot have appointment today and come the next day. Multiple receptionists but only 1 doctor in a medical centre.... wow. I immediately went to another medical centre in Campbelltown, and they treated me immediately, although there were other patients waiting.

I had to go today for the 1st time as my regular dr had a family emergency and had to go away. I won't see my regular dr's side kick because of his attitude to women and my son refuses to see him. I also had to take my son as he was sick. The receptionist could not have been more helpful, the building is comfortable and warm. We saw a GP there who was extremely professional, kind and thorough. He made sure to tell me to come back at anytime if we needed anything and to return in a few days if I wasn't much improved. For a complete stranger to walk in and be treated so well seems to be rather unusual around here. I would thoroughly recommend them. A few years back I took my daughter down late one night as an emergency, she ended up in hospital, and again they were fantastic

Used to be one of the best facilities in the area, and now all of the competent Dr's have left. If you have health issues and moving to the area, I strongly advise against doing so! basically the culture in Campbelltown as a whole here is to pass your health, around and around to someone else because they can not do there job,or just treat you as a second class citizen, or the industry is geared up to exstract as much money from you as possible. Eitherway I advise using a phone dedicated GP. Dont waste your time here in a 4 hr waiting endurance.

Good luck seeing the dragons behind the desk. Unsmiling individuals with a curt manner and an apparent determination to be anything but helpful.

No shame in intimidating or belittling patients. If you do not like your job go and find something else to do. Leave the job for someone who has empathy and has patience to put up with people (Yes some of us are really stupid and dumb).

We have been attending Queen Street General Practice almost from the day they opened. We cannot fault their service. I have had Dr Jason Bedaysee as my GP and have been happy with his care. The Dr's all full up there appointment schedule quickly but that is because they are good at their jobs. We can usually see someone quickly if we have to.
The receptionists in my experience have always been polite, courteous and efficient.

My husband and I have only been with this office a short time, but we are routinely impressed with the service and care quality of this clinic. Tonight was exceptional. I arrived, very depressed and dejected, suffering from insomnia and a splitting tension headache. I had just entirely brushed off by a "Bulk Bill Center" doctor I had opted to see as I could not get an appointment with Queen Street today (completely fair!). I arrived only to schedule an appointment for Monday.
The receptionist was not only compassionate and understanding (I had a bit of a breakdown), but advocated for me to be fit in. I wish I could remember her name now, but hopefully she sees this and knows I'm applauding her! She scheduled me for a recently cleared appointment slot later in the evening, but found a way to get me in sooner.
The doctor sacrificed his precious time to see me earlier (I apologize to anyone who was seen late as a result!). He was kind, thorough and perceptive. He had a bright manner and undid all the bad work the "bulk bill doctor" had done. We developed a good plan and I have confidence it'll be a good try.
No doctor or clinic is good for every patient, but my husband and I can only say good things about this office!!
