I have not got any complains against Eremea, I am extremely happy and satisfied with their service,specially from my co-ordinator Evelyn .
Only minus point is, if i need to contact anyone in office , takes long time to get some one , even if I have their extension nos. If the matter is urgent, could be a problem. Luckily this situation i don't face often, as I directly contact my co-ordinator.
The majority service workers are kind and helpful, , a few are Exceptionally Caring Care Workers , They have got just the right attitude for this type of job.
Evelyn said I am one of their very old and valued customers.
I just could not survive without them.
Wish them a very bright future and stay in the business as long as possible to serve the community .

Look I'm pretty sure these guys are not the only ones but when I say avoid them at all costs take my word for it. Every day you will be ringing them and speaking to someone different playing dumb, they had workers who are good but end up leaving because they are treated like garbage with extremely low pay rate while they have have family members/friends who are on a highest paid rate yet don't know what they are doing. Every time you ring to get an answer you get passed on from to another,full of excuses but have no problem collecting the $$. The quicker the government gets rid of companies like this the better.

i can only speak from my experience which has been a very rewarding one .Everybody I have spoken to or emailed regarding services has listened and been incredibly helpful . I am updated with weekly services which are available and my progress is routinely checked with my supervisor and my feedback is valued . To be valued as a client and my feedback listened to enables communication both ways . I cannot speak highly enough of them .
