Very Respectable and Excellent Doctor Dr John Wen.
Professional and Caring, He sincerely Cares and helps his patients.
For my business Dr John Wen called me 15 times in a row to inform me and sent me a medical report step by step Dr John Wen instructed me to go to the emergency hospital immediately for treatment and the address of the hospital to go through the formalities, etc.

The website and phone message says they open at 9:30am. I’ve waited 30 minutes outside this practice and no one has turned up. I have a sick child. Appalling!!!!

My partner and I came with our 3yo daughter wanting to see a doctor . The receptionist said taking no new patients cos they are busy.. with one lady in the waiting room.. very rude and dodgy

Horrible service, kept telling us that we had 2 people in front of us. We ended up leaving after waiting 1 hour for a blood test. They continuously let others in before us even though they had just arrived. The waiting room was so dirty.
