Roshni Dwivedi mam is a great counselor . She is a good listener. She is friendly and approachable. She gives useful suggestions and tips on controlling the mind and focusing in present instead of past memories or future worries. She built confidence in me by giving activities, home work and tasks. I had my sessions with Roshni Dwivedi mam. It's been really helpful for me. She is an expert and can give proper suggestions and guidance for my difficulties. He listened to me patiently and taught me a lot of things. My anxiety has reduced a lot after undergoing CBT/REBT therapy . I feel much more at peace and I know how to manage my emotions better. Was going through tough time in March 2020 and needed someone who can understand my problem. Roshni Dwivedi mam, mam gave me almost 40 minutes for discussing my illness which she diagnosed as depression and anxiety and provided me with skills to tackle my depression, diet chart , relaxation exercises, yoga and counselling. I am off medication since last 3 months and her therapy and skills to manage stress still working . I am writing this review just for people like me who avoid seeing psychiatrist in first place due to stigma and take opinion from non psychiatrist professional who does not even discuss our problem and I want to thank doctor for giving me new life and change my outlook towards life and psychiatrist.
