I hate to do this but just making sure doesn’t happen to the others.

Centre closes at 7pm, so I made a call at 5:45 to see if they would take any appointments for the day and told yes.

6 o’clock here I am, first thing only cash is taken if you do not have Medicare which is odd but not a problem and two minutes in I’ve been told that they won’t take any appointments.

I am genuinely disappointed with how Healy professional services could treat people this way. Unreal.

Depending on the day/time of day will determine how long the wait is. Best time is 10am to 2pm.

Reception staff are very average and never look happy.
Doctors here are male/female and very pleasant.

This place even doesn’t deserve 1 star because of the rude reception lady! Rude receptionist!!!!! The worst customer service ever experienced in Sydney , this kind of people should never get chance to work as receptionist, she is destroying this medical center.

Called up and got told there was no booking required, walked over and apparently they didn't accept card so I had to go and get cash out and pay $95 for the first appointment, after I gave the cash to them the doctor saw another woman who came in after me. Especially after being told there was no appointments on weekends, this left a bad taste in my mouth. The service was short and rude and the centre felt very unprofessional. I ended up requesting a refund and leaving as I feel their quality of service is lacking.

Absolutely couldn’t not rate anything lower than this. Went saw Dr Yip and she quoted “ don’t argue with me, you are not getting anti biotic, you dont qualify” with limited rationale.

This is the second time this doctor has done something similar, last time she refuse to check my toddler and simply said “this is the service I don’t do”.

Place have good doctors. Been coming here for years.

Like everywhere else there's more demand than supply. High numbers of patients vs less doctors.
Not their fault if more and more patients are coming to this place.

Get used to the long wait times.If you can't wait try other medical centres!

The new doctor Richard Lai is quite good. I came in for only one thing and l walked away having done more than l expected. It was a comprehensive consultation and he advised me well for different medications.

The lower stars is for doctor Cho Cho. I had a implanon removal and immediately after injecting the anaesthetic she started cutting. I told her l could feel it and that it was painful and she continued anyways. I asked her for more anaesthetic but by that time it was already removed. Prior to this, l had never been in pain during the procedure before and this was my third implanon removal. It seemed like she was in a rush but sacrificed patient’s wellbeing.

Another good doctor is William Lee though I’m not sure if he’s still there.

I've been visiting this clinic since 2012. I've seen several different GPs' so far; I used their physiotherapist once and I use their lab. on regular basis. All of the health practitioners and receptionists are very good and kind. They still do bulk billing; also, there are some specialist offers bulk billed service which is great! I cannot thank enough for the service I've received over a decade. Highly recommended!
