The two receptionists working at this clinic on the morning of Saturday, Oct. 26, 2019 were incredibly rude, unfriendly and unprofessional. My mother did a sleep study at this clinic several weeks ago and was asked to return to visit the health professional to try on different masks and possibly purchase a new one to be used with her CPAP machine. So, we turned up on this Saturday, but were told that her appointment was actually scheduled for the following Saturday. Well, no big deal. We would have just come back on the right day and I would not have been bothered to leave this negative comment here, had the two receptionists been a bit more respectful and handled this in a more professional way. Instead, the two receptionists sneered at us: the fact that we turned up on a wrong day became their source of fun. Well, you can laugh, but not when you are working behind the reception desk. You have to have a sense of responsibility and professionalism when occupying that work position. Unfortunately, the two receptionists had neither of these. Instead, they seemed to believe that they had more power over their patients, and that the fact that they could speak English really made them better human beings. Pathetic, really.

No, don't bother to call. Just cancel our appointment. We visited another clinic the other day and purchased a brand new mask, with all accessories, and my mum is now happily using her CPAP machine 🙂

I visited Centurion for a sleep study on Wednesday 24th February at the recommendation of my cardiologist Dr Chi-Jen Hsu (who is great).
I found my experience to be fantastic - I arrived at 9:30pm and was told by the technician to fill out a few forms and she will be right with me.

I'm saddened that I can't remember her name but she was very clear, concise and understanding. She explained everything clearly and how it would all work, and she assured me that she would be there for any help I needed throughout the night.

In the morning she woke me up at the promised time and removed all the devices off me and asked if I had any questions.

If I ever need to come back, or recommend someone else to this facility, I won't hesitate.

Woeful customer service, very difficult to contact as all calls go to voicemail and they never get back to you even when provided with your number.
Also threatened to charge $500 for not returning their equipment even though I informed them I had no safe way of getting to the practice during covid lockdown as I had been exposed to someone with flu symptoms.

Shocking service here for CPAP machine trial. Very little advice or equipment to show me alternatives. Just a quick 10 minute fitting with little explanation. Only found out later that all machine have to have water. I cannot believe how this clinic is allowed to operate. The premises are disgusting & there is no professionalism at all.
I made sure I got the machine back before the hire was up as I knew they would not help me in the future. Have since gone to another clinic & am still in disbelief at the difference! DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!

Don’t believe what the doctor say, all they try to do is to sell you their cpap machine. Upon first consultation three years ago the doctor told me an operation was not going to help my sleep apnea, cpap was the only way. After an tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy last month due to tonsillitis, my snoring went away completely. Now I’m able to sleep normal. Three years of my life sleep with cpap on, should’ve gotten a second opinion.

This place as everyone says-has very bad service. I have tried several times going back. But will no longer. Every time i’ve called them or been there-there’s always some issue. They say they can’t find you in the system. Then you call another time they can.

I’ve been there to collect items I’ve ordered before & confirmed on the day all items are there. When I arrived there was 1 item missing, another time they ordered wrong item & I got all the way home opened package before I realised it was wrong!

Another time they ordered item & advised me they would call when it arrived. They called me & said your items here-come in anytime. I advised them I finish at 4.30 & would be in that same day before 5 & it is urgent I need this for my elderly mother. As also mentioned when it was ordered. By the way they close at 5.30.
I called them several times, when I was on my way-there was NO ANSWER or message saying they are closed. When I arrived at 4.45.....they were closed there was no sign on door or call from them to advise they have closed!! It was a day or 2 before Xmas but, the man DID NOT advise me they were closing early-even when I did say I’m coming straight after work & I finish 4.20. Nor was there any call to me to say they were closing early. On top of this they closed approx 3 days over Xmas & then I had to wait to collect.
When I arrived the man at desk knew nothing about it or where the item was......I was furious & advised him I will not leave there until he finds it. Eventually it was found.

I feel the reception staff don’t know much about customer service or how to communicate to their work mates either. I advised receptionist my mothers details 3times & then she disappeared to come back with another lady like there was an issue. The other lady asked my mothers details again. Before she disappeared & returned with items, after paying for items she disappeared again to get a receipt.
Seems a pickup from front desk is too complicated.Even though I was advised it would be at the desk ready for me to pay & collect.
It took 2people & way too long.

Not happy at all will all the issues & the terrible service. The receptionist just kept smiling when I tried to advised her that patients details are confidential & should not be left for all to see on there check in counter. She just left it there & moved it across. It had all their personal details .

I will now deal with another supplier moving forward.
Does anyone care about the customers or reviews?
There must be issues to have so many bad reviews.

Centurion Health has been nothing less than absolutely stellar with their help and customer service for me. Since I started here and while I rent my CPAP machine from them I continue to have positive interactions with Centurion and they've made me a loyal customer. Whenever I need extra help or have an issue they do anything to help. Thankyou for everything!

Cardiologist Dr Chi-jen Hsu and his team of staff at Centurion were extremely thorough, professional and understanding. Mum went for two consults, a lung function test, cardioechogram and stress test after complaining about difficulty in breathing and heart palpitations. At all times, the staff and Dr Hsu were exceptional in their level of care. Thank you very much for taking care of mum.
