Very poor customer service and incompetent management. Had to wait over 2 hours when i have booked an appointment. Very unhappy and frustrated with their service honestly what a waste of my time!!

Dr Max is a very intelligent and capable doctor. He comes to Wilton with a wealth of experience and expertise. He has been my local doctor since opening in the area and I have never had such good care from a GP. Dr Max is very thorough and highly intelligent, all the staff at Wilton Medical Centre are professional and hard working. I couldn't recommend them enough.

The team were so helpful when I came in as I am travelling and don’t have a regular doctor to renew my prescriptions. Highly recommend. The dedication to patients is unsurpassed.

The GP came across with exceptionally poor interpersonal skills and no empathy whatsoever, he appeared angry that I had not transferred my medical documentation from my previous GP. This was my first appointment and my last.

If he had waited the transfer of information is the subject I was also kindly asking about. I will not be transferring to this GP and will remain with my normal GP.

Highly recommend this practice. Very professional and doctors are detailed. They are bulk billing for Medicare holders and if you don't have a Medicare card, fees are $70 (Monday-Friday) and $80 (Saturday-Sunday). Payments must be made in cash as they don't have an eftpos machine.
