The wheel on my one year old Samsonite bag broke into two pieces in the middle of an overseas trip. Yikes, what a mess; I had no time to wait for a long mail-in repair. I was in Frankfurt so I visited Koffer (suitcase in German) Klinik on the recommendation of one of the airport shops. The “clinic” is close to the airport tucked away in a somewhat remote commercial centre. After walking in, I received fantastic service from the shopkeeper. He had my exact wheel in stock. Found another broken piece that needed replacement, which he also had in stock. He replaced both then and there! Good price too. Best suitcase repair place I have ever visited! High marks to their team.

I contacted them to see if they can repair it, they said yes. I sent a photo and video. When i arrived there they told me the piece has to be completely replaced, and its kinda the price to buy a new one... Its very far way to come for nothing. They were nice but not completely transparent. They should have said this on my first contact.
