Just a wonderful atmosphere. Staff are accommodating, friendly, kind and well mannered. The facilities are clean and tidy. The range of doctors, nurses, physiotherapist and staff all have the latest knowldge and practises to date for a rural township, which is outstanding. They take the time to get to know you and your family and take the time to care and look after you.
I always highly recommend this medical practice. I hope we never have to be without them.

This place is wonderful, from receptionists to the Drs and nurses
Easy to make appointments online, and you receive a txt reminder,which is helpful.
Waiting room is nice and big so you aren't sitting ontop of other sick people.

Receptionist Staff is One of the most manipulative I have ever met across I wish i could give 0 stars.

I had an appointment for 2:30 pm with GP
went there before 10 mins

Both the legendary ladies make me sit there and said will let you know when GP is available
It was like 2 hours I was sitting in waiting area. Still in meantime patient coming after me going in first which make my mood Off, I have also booked my appointment I am not a walk - In Visitor at medical centre.

When I went to ask to them when is my turn getting a rude response like “ We are busy If you want to visit GP then you have to wait or come another day “.

Later on I approached receptionist and asked how long you want to sit me in waiting area and then she was like I will have a look Doctor is busy.

In reality there were number of doctors available by the time.

I waited for another 2 hours watching people going in before me although I had booked an appointment.

Came in at 2:30 and went inside at 4:30

Receptionist staff needs to understand meaning of Appointment
you cannot make patient wait for 2 or 3 hours in waiting area even though he has booked appointment for specific time.

Doctors are really Great
One of the Best in Town.

I was like Its completely fine
Its not your Fault.
